Minnesota Legislature introduces right-to-work bill
Right-to-work is a set of regulations that forbid unions from requiring membership or dues in employment contracts. In a state renowned for its support of unions (the DFL is the Democratic, Farm, and Labor Party, after all), this could be a very tough battle. It’ll be especially interesting considering our neighbors to the east, Wisconsin, and their battles with union-busting governor Scott Walker.
